Mr. Seizo Imai, a Japanese custom knife maker in Seki City, Japan. This is one of his latest works, a replica of Gerber Knife Legendary Blades “Folding Hunter” There are three different handle versions available including this beautiful ebony handle model. This is an exact replica of Gerber’s first folder they had ever made and needless to say the blade was made of high speed steel w/hairline finish. (non-coating)
Seizo Imai is a so skillfull custom knife maker. We are worried about that he is not known in the world because he had never attended any exhibition like the Blade show and so on. But we do know that Mr. Seizo have been making a number of high grade custom knife replicas of Loveless, Jess Horn’s knives, and old Remington folders and so on for a long time in Seki City, Japan.
