All-round Kitchen knife “Yanagi Usu-rou” added !!!
Have you ever seen such a strange shape blade kitchen knife? The handle is like as western style. But the blade type looks like Japanese style “Yanagiba” or “Deba”, or “Usuba” or “Kiritsuke” ……one-side-edged. I didn’t know what we could call it. The name is “Yanagi Usu-rou” (?!) made by “Sekizou”, Fukumoto Cutlery’s brand in Seki-City.
However this is very useful, all-round style , Japanese and Western eclectic style kitchen knife. This is called “Otoko-no-Houtyou” that means “a kitchen knife for men who love cooking”.
