This is one of our dead stocks for many years. So we would like to turn over this knife.

But this knife is very good except for three matters like bellow.

(1)There are some part of rust like the pictures.

(2)There are gap between hard wood and the steel in the handle. 

(3)There are smear in the packing.

(4)This is a little worse compared with OT-2. So this is more discounted than OT-2.

The reason simply comes from the fact that this have been sleeping in our stock for many years.

So please look at the pictures carefully to nail down whether these knives are good for you.

Masao Takahashi is one of the best custom knife makers from Japan. His knives are excellent value and usually sell quickly at the knife shows. The mirror polish ATS-34 blade is very nicely done. The grinds are perfect and the mirror polished nickel silver bolsters are seemlessly integrated with both the tapered tang.

The sheath is heavy cowhide and provides easy access and deployment should you decide to put this beauty to work. The sheath can attach to a belt loop by the closed end hook that allows for a swinging action for the active user. Mr. Takahashi’s work is very difficult to get.
