UC-4500 “UD-Grip” kitchen knife / flexible handle

This is a Universal designed Kitchen knife.
The handle is able to flex for any purpose like as the pictures above.
And it can keep standing by attaching the white bar or by putting on the round-stand.
In addition, you can use the round-stand as a hand-guard to push the spine to cut a hard food.
The blade has high carbon stainless steel with dimples.
Please note that it is very important to put the blue blade-cover on the blade when you would fix or change the handle. (It does not come with the instruction manual in English, sorry)
