These kitchen knives shown here are produced by Hiro, one of the top knife manufactures in Seki-City Japan.
The blades are made of VG-10 stainless steel and are hardened to a Rockwell of 59-60.
The handle is made from a composite acrylic resin that is heat-resistant, impact-resistant and dishwasher safe and gives special surface look. Full tang construction.
