This is one of the kitchen knife brands that produces high quality field & kitchen knives for the people all over the world.

The one shown here is their Yanagiba hocho, a traditional single-bevel sashimi knife, which is designed solely for slicing raw fish meat, created from traditional Japanese high carbon steel called Shirogami (White Steel) The blade is fully honed to a razor edge. The handle is made from beautiful red sandalwood.
