The blade is made from ATS-34 stainless steel produced by Hitachi Metals and beautiful mirror polished by skillful craftsman in Seki-City, Japan.
We added a chopping edge on the blade back for hacking bones.
The G-10/leather-washer combination handle encourages long use without fatigue.
