Kanetsune brand kitchen knives have been produced in Seki-City, Japan by high skill craftsmen.
The blade steel is beautiful 17 layers of damascus, the core material is VG-10 stainless steel. The HRC is around 59-60. The surface of the blade is Tsuchime-finished.
And the handle is western style, made of Black laminated wood.

Please note this Saya is a little long for JEC-04, Santoku 185mm because this is suit for Gyuto 210mm. But we think that it is no problem to use other than the length.
