Minamoto-Kanemasa series knives are one of our original product lines. This is a true workhorse.
The blade itself is carefully hand-sharpened by skilled craftsmen in Seki-City, the place where people called it a city of knife making.
The blade material is the finest grade Japanese made high carbon steel on the market that gives them greater cutting performance. The handle is made from black laminated wood and its durability is excellent. Full tang construction.
Proudly made in Japan.
